Terms of Service

Last updated 8 October 2026

In short: TikTym is a free habit tracker for people in India, run by Pramal IT Services Private Limited. Your practice data is yours. Use the app fairly, keep your account safe, and remember it's a motivation tool, not medical or professional advice. You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

1. Who we are

TikTym ("the app", "the service") is provided by Pramal IT Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with Corporate Identity Number U72900AP2022PTC121639, registered in Andhra Pradesh ("we", "us"). You can reach us at praveen.cherukuru@gmail.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using TikTym, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

3. Who can use TikTym

TikTym is offered to people in India who are 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. You may use it for your own, personal habit tracking.

4. Your account

5. What TikTym is, and isn't

TikTym helps you set daily practice targets, log minutes, carry forward what you miss, and see your progress. It is not medical, health, fitness, psychological or professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any exercise, meditation or health routine, and stop if something feels wrong.

TikTym is currently free. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll tell you the price and terms before you're charged anything.

6. Your data

The practices, entries and notes you add are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run TikTym for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export them at any time (Setup › Data › Export as JSON) and delete them, or your whole account, at any time.

7. Fair use

Please don't:

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep TikTym running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features, or the service as a whole. If we plan to shut TikTym down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the app where reasonably possible, so you can export your data.

9. Limits of our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using TikTym at any time, and delete your account in Setup › Danger zone › Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using TikTym after that, the new terms apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Subject to that, the courts at the place of our registered office in Andhra Pradesh, India, have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Contact and grievances

Questions, complaints or grievances: praveen.cherukuru@gmail.com (Grievance Officer, Pramal IT Services Private Limited). We'll acknowledge your message and respond as quickly as we can, and always within the time the law requires.
